Terms of Service

The relevant terms that apply to you depend on where you reside and the type of Noah services you are accessing:

EEA Terms: If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the terms found under the EEA heading apply to you.

RoW (US) Terms: If you (i) reside outside of the EEA and (ii) are accessing United States (US) banking services, the terms found under the RoW (US) heading apply to you.

RoW (Non-US) Terms: If you (i) reside outside of the EEA and the US, and (ii) you are not solely accessing US banking services, the terms found under the RoW (Non-US) heading apply to you.

Note: If you reside in the UK, Noah’s services are currently not available to you.
