Now we're building the products that sit on top of it.
This is one of the highest-impact product roles at Noah. You'll own every customer-facing application across the platform - from our dashboard and onboarding experience to checkout, AI-powered payment experiences, and entirely new products that don't exist today.
We're not looking for someone to maintain a roadmap. We're looking for someone to define it.
You'll work directly with our CTO and Head of Product, with real ownership over what Noah becomes as a product company.
The mission:
Own and refine how Noah shows up as a product company.
Today, our dashboard is primarily an account management experience. Your mission is to evolve it into an all-in-one money management platform for businesses - a product customers genuinely run their business on every day.
You'll define the vision, prioritise what gets built, and own every application we put in front of customers, including the AI and agentic payment experiences that are shaping the future of financial software.

The next generation of Noah's Dashboard
The dashboard is becoming the operating system for global money movement.
You'll own its evolution from simple account management into a powerful platform where businesses manage balances, payments, treasury, automation, reporting and AI-driven workflows.
You'll decide what gets built, in what order, and why.
Zero-to-one product experiences
A huge part of this role is creating entirely new products.
You'll identify customer problems, shape product concepts from first principles, validate them with customers, and drive them from idea to launch.
This is product creation, not just product optimisation.
AI and agentic payments
Money is increasingly moving through AI agents rather than traditional interfaces.
You'll own Noah's product strategy around:
- AI inside Noah applications.
- Agent-initiated payment experiences.
- AI-powered workflows and money management.
- Emerging standards around agentic payments and programmable finance.
You'll help define what Noah should build before the rest of the industry catches up.
What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap for Noah's customer-facing applications.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Lead product discovery and validation for new experiences.
- Partner with Engineering and Design through delivery.
- Define success metrics for every feature you launch.
- Balance speed with product quality in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Make product decisions backed by customer insight and commercial impact.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who combines product instinct with exceptional execution.
You'll have:
- Experience owning customer-facing applications in a startup or scale-up.
- Payments and/or Crypto industry experience
- Strong product thinking across UX, prioritisation and delivery.
- Experience shipping products from zero-to-one as well as iterating existing experiences.
- A track record of working closely with engineers and designers.
- Strong judgement around product trade-offs and customer experience.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and creating clarity.
